ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS:

• ACT or SAT: Required - No minimum score posted
• Transfer Requirements for Non-Residents from out-of-state colleges
  • 7-23 hours: Must meet performance standards for entering freshmen, must have at least 2.0 on all college work attempted and must be in good academic standing with last institution attended.
  • 24+: Must have at least 2.0 GPA on all college work attempted and must be in good academic standing with last institution attended

    • Applicants must have completed 24 hours of college credit by the time they enter OU. Students with a 3.5 GPA or higher will be given first consideration. Each one-year award provides a $1,000 tuition waiver for full-time enrollment or $500 for part-time enrollment.
  • Phi Theta Kappa
    • Students must have a 3.5 GPA and greater than 24 hours at a two-year institution by the time they enter OU. The award provides a $1,000 tuition waiver.
